My name is John Byde. I am a special needs teacher and have been working in the field since 1993. I have been living and working in the French speaking part of Switzerland since 1997. You'll find more details about me in my personal page.

I work as a private special education teacher in the Lake Leman area of Switzerland. This site will provide you with all the details of the services I offer, should you require individualised, made-to-measure tuition for your child.

But this site isn't only aimed at those parents looking for a private tutor. It is also meant to provide you with information about special education and about children whith special needs. You will get practical information about learning difficulties in general,and about their causes and warning signs. And you will where find out where to get help and what you can do for your child.
